The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the incident in a statement signed by its Director, Margaret Adeseye.

According to her, the fire was reported around 5:30 pm, prompting the agency to dispatch firefighters from Dolphin and Ebute Elefun Fire Stations as the first responders.

Adeseye said the fire was intense due to the materials used in the studio’s construction.

However, authorities assured the public that the fire was contained within the studio, due to the joint efforts of the Lagos Fire Service, the Federal Fire Service, the Nigerian Police, and other emergency responders.
