Nollywood star Yul Edochie has expressed deep admiration for his father, Pete Edochie, as the legendary actor marks his 78th birthday.
In a tribute shared on Instagram, Yul Edochie praised his father as one of Nigeria’s most iconic figures and a towering name in Nollywood.
He described Pete Edochie as a great man, a legend, and a loving father, emphasizing the impact he has had on his life.
Yul also sent his best wishes, praying for many more fulfilling years ahead for the veteran actor while asking for God’s continued guidance over him.
Sharing a photo of his father, Yul wrote: “The Lion of Africa. One of Nigeria’s greatest icons. The biggest name in Nollywood. A great man. A Legend. A good man. A wonderful father.
“Happy 78th birthday Dad. @peteedochie Ebubedike! Wishing you many more beautiful and blessed years. May God lead you always. Ezigbo mmadu. My man for life. Love you forever Dad.”
