Nyesom Wike Host Dinner For Suspended Rivers Lawmakers In UK [Photos/Video]

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and former Governor of Rivers State, hosted a dinner in the UK on Monday night for the suspended members of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

The event was confirmed by Wike’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka.

Olayinka revealed that Wike left Nigeria on Sunday evening after spending some time in Port Harcourt, where he met with his political allies and associates.

He added that the lawmakers are currently in the UK for a Legislative Capacity Building program, and the dinner was part of Wike’s engagement with them during their stay abroad.

Yesterday, the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, hosted Rivers State House of Assembly members who are in the United Kingdom for Legislative Capacity Building, to a dinner.

“Wike left Nigeria on Sunday night after visiting his political friends and associates in Port Harcourt, Rivers State,” Olayinka wrote.
