The official handover ceremony took place today, marking the culmination of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project aimed at improving hygiene standards and promoting green energy solutions in public schools.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Adeniyi Ifetayo, CEO of Megastar Media Communications, emphasized the company’s commitment to community development and youth welfare.
“We believe that clean and safe sanitation facilities are a basic right for every child,” Dr. Ifetayo said. “By integrating solar technology, we’re not only addressing immediate health needs but also contributing to environmental sustainability and reducing the school’s utility costs.”
Receiving the facility on behalf of the school, Dr. Oba Funsho Usman, Principal of Junior Secondary School, Sokale Dutse Alhaji, expressed profound gratitude to Megastar Media Communications.
“We didn’t expect something of this magnitude,” Dr. Usman said. “We are truly grateful to Dr. Niyi and Megastar Media Communications for this generous gift. May God bless you and replenish your pockets for all you have done.”
The new facility is expected to improve hygiene standards significantly, promote student health, and enhance the overall learning environment.
