According to documents circulating online, the ruling also includes a freeze on all his personal and business bank accounts.

Entertainment blogger Cutie Juls, who shared the news, explained that Kizz Daniel was booked for a show in Germany for $100,000 and had already received a $50,000 advance, but he allegedly failed to show up.

The organizers later contacted the singer, and although he promised to return the money, no refund was made.

This prompted the organizers to seek legal action, leading to the court’s ruling.

Following the news, some social media users advised promoters to avoid working with Kizz Daniel for now.

One user, identified as Bankiis, claimed the singer has a history of disappointing promoters by missing shows, describing such bookings as “high risk with little chance of profit.”

He wrote: “Promoters are strongly warned against booking ©kizzdaniel. It is a major risk and highly likely to result in loss. From past experience, he has shown a pattern of not showing up for shows, leaving promoters stranded and audiences disappointed.

“Beyond that, he does not currently have the fanbase or market strength to generate the kind of returns promoters expect.”

“Anyone considering working with him should think carefully, as the chances of profit are very slim compared to the high risk involved.

“We must put an end to ©kizzdaniel fraudulent practices involving artists and avoid patronizing them, as well as hold promoters in the diaspora-especially in Europe-accountable for overpricing artists and damaging the market.”

At the time of filing his report, neither Kizz Daniel nor his management has responded to the allegations or the reported court decision.
