The management of Nollywood actress Uche Montana has released an official statement debunking recent social media claims linking the actress to alleged personal and domestic disputes.

Following Senator Ned Nwoko’s recent statement alleging that certain individuals, including Sonia Uche Montana, influenced his wife Regina Daniels’ rehabilitation, Nollywood actress Uche Montana has denied the claims through an official statement from her management, describing them as “false, unfounded, and defamatory.”

In the statement dated November 9, 2025, Montana’s management clarified that she has no connection whatsoever to the matter and should not be drawn into the private affairs or disputes of others. The agency further emphasized that the actress remains focused on her career and ongoing creative projects.

The agency expressed concern over what it described as “false, unfounded, and entirely unrelated” claims circulating online. The management stressed that Ms. Montana has no connection whatsoever to the matter in question and should not be associated with the private affairs of others.

“We wish to categorically state that these claims are false, unfounded, and entirely unrelated to Ms. Uche Montana. She has no involvement whatsoever in the said issue and should not be drawn into the private affairs or disputes of others,” the statement read.

The management further described the actress as a dedicated, hardworking, and law-abiding professional, widely respected for her commitment to excellence in the Nigerian entertainment industry. According to the statement, Uche Montana remains focused on her career and ongoing film projects, continuing to contribute positively to the Nigerian film and creative landscape.

The team also issued a strong warning against attempts to associate her with controversies that do not concern her, describing such actions as “misleading and damaging” to her reputation.

“Any attempt to associate her with such allegations is misleading and damaging to her reputation and will be addressed appropriately,” the management added.
