“I’m The Newborn Fela, Nobody Blow Reach Me” – Portable Declares [Video]

Controversial musician Portable, has sparked fresh reactions online after making another bold claim about his place in Nigeria’s music scene.

In a video shared on social media, Portable compared himself to Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, declaring that no current artiste is bigger than him.

Portable dismissed claims that other musicians are more influential, insisting that his impact stands above the rest.

“I’m the newborn Fela. If you say you’re bigger than Fela, then I’m bigger than you. Nobody blow reach me,” he said in the video.

His comments have added more heat to the ongoing social media exchanges involving Seun Kuti, Wizkid, and fans of Wizkid, often referred to as Wizkid FC.

His comments come amid the public clash between Wizkid and Fela’s son, Seun Kuti, who recently criticised Wizkid’s fans for likening the singer to his father.
