Suspected kidnappers have abducted six health workers during a late-night attack on a medical facility in Oke Ijebu, Akure, Ondo State.

According to reports, the attackers arrived in a bus around 2 a.m. on Saturday, March 28.
It was gathered that they forced their way into the centre, which is located opposite Mega School, and kidnapped the staff members who were on duty.
The gunmen then reportedly took the victims, including some interns, into their vehicle and drove off to an unknown location.
Patients who were receiving treatment at the time were not harmed, though many were left shaken by what happened.
The police have not released any official statement on the incident at the time of filing this report.
