During an interview on the online show Young and Healthy Bros with Egungun, Blessing said part of the confusion came from poor communication about her medical condition.
The relationship expert explained that she was never diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, saying that the claim came from a misunderstanding.
She said, “I don’t have stage 4 cancer. That was a miscommunication. I just received my biopsy results.
“Initially, the lump was thought to be non-cancerous, but later tests revealed it was cancerous. I haven’t started chemotherapy yet, and I’m still awaiting further tests to determine the exact stage.”
Blessing CEO also responded to concerns about the money donated for her treatment, saying, “The money raised is not hundreds of millions as some people think. It’s just 13 million naira.
“I will not post my results online because it’s personal, and I don’t owe anyone an apology. I’m just trying to communicate what the doctors have told me.”
She stressed that her main focus now is to carefully consider every available treatment option and make the best possible decision for her health.
“I just want to be sure about what I am doing. I’m not a doctor; I’m only sharing the updates I receive from them,” the influencer added.
