The forms were handed over to Faleke by Suleiman Argungu at the APC national secretariat in Abuja.
James Faleke is also known as the founder of the Tinubu Support Groups.
The nomination documents cost N100 million, which was reportedly paid for in support of the president’s political ambition.
Photos from the event showed Faleke alongside Argungu and other party officials during the formal presentation at the party headquarters.
By collecting the forms, preparations for Tinubu’s expected bid for a second term in the 2027 presidential election have now formally begun.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has already set January 16, 2027, for the presidential and National Assembly elections.
Governorship and state assembly elections are scheduled for February 6, 2027.
According to INEC’s timetable, party primaries and the handling of pre-election disputes will take place between April 23 and May 30, 2026.
Campaign activities for presidential and National Assembly candidates will start on August 19, while campaigns for governorship and state assembly elections will begin on September 9.
