Nigeria Under Tinubu Is Better Than It Was Many Years Ago — 2face Idibia

Nigerian music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2face, said that the country is in a better place now than it was years ago.

The legendary singer disclosed this during a recent interview on Wazobia TV.

During the conversation, the host mentioned his old song “E Be Like Say,” noting that its message still seems relevant to current political issues.

In his response, 2face Idibia admitted that some problems still exist, but stressed that Nigeria has improved over time.

According to him, even though there is still work to be done, he believes progress has been made, and he is committed to doing his part to make things better.

When asked about his involvement in politics, the singer explained that he once supported a campaign in a position that required him to remain neutral.

He added that he still wants to play a role in helping the country, but in his own way.

2face also said he tries to represent Nigeria positively wherever he goes, seeing himself as an ambassador for the country.

He said: “We are better off than many years ago. Just look at it. It’s still ongoing, but I will continue doing it. I will set up my own position and try to make a difference. I’ll try to make it work because I know where I stand.

“I have personally appointed myself as an ambassador of Nigeria an ambassador everywhere, I am a self-appointed ambassador of Nigeria to everywhere.”
