Peter Obi Hosts EU Ambassador, Gautier Mignot At His Home In Onitsha [Video]

Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State, hosted Mr. Gautier Mignot, the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria, at his home in Onitsha.

Sharing photos of the meeting via his X page on Wednesday, Peter Obi described their discussions as “useful.”

He wrote, “Today, Wednesday, I had the honour and privilege of hosting the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency, Mr. Gautier Mignot at my residence in Onitsha. It was an enriching meeting as we shared some useful conversations”.

After losing the 2023 presidential race to President Bola Tinubu, Peter Obi has expressed his intention to run for president again in 2027.

He is expected to secure the African Democratic Congress (ADC) nomination, with Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State, as his vice-presidential candidate.
