Misleading: real return, wrong video
The FactCheckHub confirmed that Mr Tinubu did return to Nigeria on 29 September. The video circulating, which had passed 65,000 views, is not of that return.
A reverse-image search of its keyframes showed the footage has been online since earlier this year. It shows his arrival in Abuja in January 2026, after an official visit to Türkiye.
