Burna Boy Replies Those Criticising Him For Splashing Over N9bn On Bugatti [Video]

Nigerian music star Burna Boy has responded to the criticism surrounding his purchase of a custom-made Venuum Widebody Bugatti Chiron valued at about N9 billion.

The singer has faced widespread reactions on social media since news of the luxury car surfaced.

Many critics accused him of spending an enormous amount on an expensive vehicle instead of putting the money into investments or charitable causes.

Others questioned his decision to bring such a high-end sports car into Nigeria, arguing that the country’s road conditions are not suitable for exotic vehicles.

Burna Boy addressed the criticism while performing at the Afronation festival in Portugal on Friday night.

During a freestyle performance, the musician responded to those questioning his purchase by rapping:

“I buy Bugatti, dem ask which road I go drive am? No be today we dey do road like Julius Berger.”

His remarks quickly attracted attention online, with fans and critics continuing to debate his response and the luxury car purchase.
