With same-sex marriage now recognized in New York, Archie Comics revealed plans to make comics history by portraying gay nuptials in a future storyline. (And no, it’s not Archie and Jughead.)
This past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, one of the largest annual gatherings of comic creators and fans in the world, Archie Comics creator Dan Parent said during the “Gays in Comics” panel that gay Archie character Kevin Keller will one day get married to his same-sex partner in a future storyline, according to Bleeding Cool.
