The youths had converged at the scene of the wedding and were in a celebratory mood when word filtered out that Mr. Jega had quietly arrived at the wedding venue. The youths became restive, and plotted to send a message to Mr. Jega. The INEC chairperson’s luck ran out as he tried to exit the venue of the wedding.
