How TRUE Is It That These Girls Were Beheaded?

This story has been circulating since Sunday night (I actually got the message at 12am on Sunday night throught a blackberry broadcast) but i can’t confirm it’s authenticity. The message below, unedited:

“These 3 ladies were said to have been beheaded and thrown from a moving Range-Rover Sports Jeep @ Ijebu-Ode–Ibad­­an road just now…11.55pm Sunday night.One is fair in complexion with Unilag School I.D card (Yetunde Ajao) inside her hand-bag,the second is an OOUITE student (Oyindam­­ola Esan), also fair in complexion and kinda tall and the last one is short, plumpy and dark with no identity tag…Please if you know any of these girls kindly notify their friends or family member to come right away and remove their corpses….On-coming vehicles can run over them at anytime because they were dumped by the road side”..

Though the Ogun State Police command has denied the story, these girls pictures have been released online as those beheaded but by who?
