A man was beaten to a pulp yesterday after it was alledged that he kidnapped a child.
An angry mob descended heavily on an alleged kidnapper for snatching a child from a woman while walking on the street before jumping on his bike and running away. However, luck ran out on him after the mother raised alarm and passersby chased after him.
When the man realized that many people were chasing him, he threw the child from the bike thinking people would stop chasing him but the chasers didn’t give up and he was eventually captured.
The child was injured and was taken to the hospital while the kidnapper was almost beaten to death.

Fortunately for him, police from Oko Oba division came to his rescue and took him away.
The incident happened around Beckleys Estate, Abule Egba Lagos yesterday.
