A 14-year-old girl simply identified as Ifeoma has been rescued by the Behind Bars Initiative after her abusive inserted his finger into her private part to check her virginity in Enugu State.
According to reports, Ifeoma claimed her father lubricated his fingers and inserted into her private part in a bid to know id she’s still a virgin. This reportedly caused her to bleed.
The young girl ran away and confided in Behind Bars Initiative who quickly came to her rescue and reported the case to the Police.
Report has it that the father refused to honour police invitation when called by the DPO.
The young girl has been handed over to her mother through her uncle (pictured in blue shirt).
