One person has been killed during a political clash between supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during a campaign rally at Kakuri, Kaduna south local government area of Kaduna state on 6th March 2019.
The victim identified as Daniel Adamu was killed during the campaign rally that see supporters from both parties using knives and other weapons to fight themselves.
It was gathered that supporters during the campaign/rally came with knives and other local weapons to Kakuri- Kaduna South, destroyed people’s shops, vehicles and looted what their hands can cart away freely.
This caused an unrest in Kakuri before the arrival of soldiers to the area.
