Policeman Who Destroyed DELSU Student’s Phone, Saying It’s Too Expensive For His Level, Has Been Arrested
The Nigerian Police Force has arrested its officer police who slapped and destroyed an iPhone belonging to a student of Delta State University (DELSU) in Okpe area of Delta State.
KanyiDaily published a video of a police officer who was caught on camera destroying an iPhone belonging to a DELSU student for being too expensive for his level.
The officer was angry that after serving the police force for about 13 years, he is still not able to afford such an expensive phone that reportedly worth N200,000. So he smashed the iPhone on the ground out of annoyance.
According to an update by the Nigeria Police Force on Twitter, the officer has been arrested and an orderly trial has commenced.
