Watch Police Officers Assault Man, Before Allegedly Extorting N300,000 From Him In Delta [Video]

A sad video has emerged showing the shocking moment men of the Nigerian police attached to the IGP Special Tactical Squad (STS) were assaulting a young man driving a Toyota Camry (Spider) at Osubi in Delta State.

According to Ebalsblog, after the victimization, they arrested the young man and took him to Agbaro Police station where they obtained his statement under pressure. They forced him to agree to having in his possession, two wraps of Indian-hemp.

He wrote all that he was told and was released based on an agreement that he will pay the sum of five hundred thousand (500,000)naira.

The elder brother went to the station to inquire about the allegation but was threatened that failure to bring the said money, his younger brother would be charged for alleged robbery.

At the end the family rallied and borrowed the sum of three hundred thousand (300,000) naira.

The young man’s car and phones were later released to him after extorting him of three hundred thousand (300,000) naira.

Many internet users are demanding that the money extorted be immediately refunded to the owner and internal disciplinary measures be taken against such daylight legitimate robbery by men of the Nigerian Police.
