A Nigerian lady identified as Lily Loveth is one of the ‘indirect’ victims of the reprisal attacks by Nigerians targeting South African businesses in the country.

These past few days have been saturated with news of xenophobic attacks in South Africa on black people, with Nigerians badly affected.

Yesternight, Some Nigerians stormed a Shoprite Mall in Sagotedo, Lagos in retaliation to xenophobic attacks on Nigerians living in South Africa.

KanyiDaily had published several videos that show some Nigerians carting away with looted goods from an outlet of Shoprite located in Sagotedo, Ajah area of Lagos State on Tuesday night, September 3, 2019.

Lily Loveth, an employee at Timekeepers Novare mall located at the Shoprite wing that was vandalized by hoodlums yesterday night, has decried the attacks which according to her is affecting Nigerians and not foreigners.

“My store at Novare, Timekeepers Novare mall, Sangotedo, Lekki, has been broken into, looted and goods worth millions has been carted away with, this is getting out of hand, this happened this evening, am so sad..

“This is no longer protest against #Zenophobia it is now against the masses and innocent citizen of the country claimed to be fighting for… Plz help me share this. I work there and am going to be rendered jobless, am I a south african? My company is owned by a Nigerian”, she tweeted.
