A yet-to-be identified Nigerian soldier has allegedly shot dead a young lady at a house located at Seaside Estate, Badore, Ajah, Lagos State.

According to reports, the soldier was invited to the house by the deceased’s sister known as Kamsi to beat up a guy in their compound on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

It was alleged that Kamsi and her late sister have been living in the compound for more than a year, and were about to relocate to another area.

However, as they were packing their loads and ready to move out, the Lead tenant whose name is yet to be revealed prevented them and insisted the sisters must clear up their outstanding bills.

Annoyed by the guy’s stance, Kamsi who was described as a Slay Queen quickly called her soldier friend to come and deal with the Lead Tenant.

But things got out of hand as the lone soldier met stiff resistance from the male tenant.

As the duo were struggling and claiming “rights,” a gunshot was heard and Kamsi’s sister immediate fell to the ground, gasped for few seconds and died.

Immediately, the soldier discovered that it was his gun that mistakenly fired, he fled the scene.

“He [the soldoer] ran away and did not even bother to take the Slay Queens’ sister to hospital whether she could have survived,” an eyewitness said.

However, the Nigerian Police Force were called to the scene, and Kamsi’s sister’s body was moved out to be deposited in a mortuary in Ajah.

KanyiDaily had also reported how a motorcyclist was shot dead because he refused to pay N100 at a military checkpoint in Ohanze Isiahia town, Obingwa Local Government Area, near Aba in Abia State.
