There has been a fire outbreak at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) petrol station located at Alagbole – Akute Road, Ogun-State.
The raging fire which happened at the early hours of today is said to have affected buildings close to the station.
Although the cause of the fire is yet unknown at the time of this report, witnesses say a fuel-Laden tanker suddenly started discharging its products and bursted into flames.
It was learnt that firefighters are close to the scene to quench the fire.
