Nigerian Man Discovers Drugs In Food Items Given To Him To Deliver Abroad [Video]
A man from Oba in Anambra State has shared how he uncovered Tramadol tablets, Marijuana, and other illicit drugs concealed in food items allegedly given to him to deliver to someone in Dubai.
In a video shared on social media, the man who spoke Igbo language could be heard saying that someone gave the food items to his brother to hand to him after hearing he is about to travel to Dubai.
Upon getting home, his brother requested that they should at least open one package after someone among them saw a small gel container that he claims is used to filter weeds.
To their greatest surprise, a full search of the contents revealed illicit drugs hidden inside foodstuff including yam flour, a gallon of palm oil, dried pepper, bitterleaf, crayfish, coffee powder, seasonings, sweets, among others.
The man lamented that Oba his home town would have been the talk on social media if he was arrested in Dubai with the packages, more especially because of Obi Cubana’s recent mother’s burial.
The man warned others to be careful with items given to them to deliver to anyone abroad, adding that “I don’t know if their plan is for me to be sentenced to life imprisonment in Dubai but my hands are clean”.
