DJ Neptune had recently dropped his sophomore album, and the star-studded 16-track project features acts like Laycon, Mr Eazi, Patoranking, Bella Shmurda, Adekunle Gold, Blaqbonez, Rema amongst others.
In a series of posts shared on his Twitter page, Rema accused DJ Neptune of dropping an old song they did together without following due process or consulting him.
Rema said that before the song was released, he called his manager and pleaded with him about the development, yet DJ Neptune went ahead and dropped the project.
The fast-rising singer, who demanded that the song should be taken down, warned the DJ not to ride on his humility as he doesn’t joke with his art.

KanyiDaily recalls that Rema’s former boss, Pikolo had recently expressed sadness that he invested his hard-earned money on Rema during his days of humble beginnings, but the singer has failed to acknowledge him in his musical career.
