“Don’t Ride On My Humility” – Rema Calls Out DJ Neptune For Releasing His Old Song

Nigerian singer, Rema has taken to social media to call out veteran Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Neptune, for releasing his old song with his permission.

DJ Neptune had recently dropped his sophomore album, and the star-studded 16-track project features acts like Laycon, Mr Eazi, Patoranking, Bella Shmurda, Adekunle Gold, Blaqbonez, Rema amongst others.

In a series of posts shared on his Twitter page, Rema accused DJ Neptune of dropping an old song they did together without following due process or consulting him.

Rema said that before the song was released, he called his manager and pleaded with him about the development, yet DJ Neptune went ahead and dropped the project.

The fast-rising singer, who demanded that the song should be taken down, warned the DJ not to ride on his humility as he doesn’t joke with his art.
