The operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have broken into the house of the former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha in Abuja.
Recall that the EFCC had invaded the home of the APC presidential aspirant on Tuesday morning, May 24 over allegations of corruption.
The anti-graft agency at some point revealed its plans of getting reinforcement to break into Okorocha’s house.
According to Channels TV, the EFCC forced newsmen and protesters out of the compound by firing teargas, then fired some shots to gain access into the building.
Okorocha on his part had raised an alarm while saying that he was under siege.
