In the photos, circulating on social media, the politician could be seen wearing a typical traditional outfit with a wristwatch and cap while cleaning gutters in his constituency.

Many Nigerians have described his action as “old-fashioned” as they slammed the Kebbi politician for engaging in weird community service to identify with the masses.
