2023: INEC Commences Election Staff Recruitment, Opens Portal

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the commencement of recruitment of election staff for the 2023 general election.

INEC announced this on its official twitter handle on Wednesday.

INEC Recruits Election Staff For 2023 General Election

According to the electoral umpire, the portal for registration has been opened for recruitment.

It said eligible applicants should begin applying for the different roles.

It wrote, “NOTICE OF PORTAL LAUNCH AND OTHER KEY INFORMATION OF THE INECPRES – INEC PORTAL FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ELECTION STAFF FOR THE 2023 GENERAL  ELECTIONS.

“To this end the portal will be open to eligible applicants for registration of all categories of ad-hoc staff (SPO/PO/APO/RATECHS/RAC Managers) except the Collation officers.The portal opens on Wednesday the 14th of September and ends on the 30th November, 2022.”

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily had reported that INEC said it will publish the final list of presidential candidates and national assembly members by September 20.
