Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, has called out his colleague, Davido, on social media over an alleged unpaid debt for his songwriting contribution on his single ‘Pere’.
In a post shared on his Twitter page, Krane said despite co-writing the 2017 hit song — which featured Rae Sremmurd and rapper Young Thug — Davido is yet to pay his outstanding fee.
Krane said he had reached out to Davido’s people over the years to get his money, but it yielded no response which is why he called out the “Pere” crooner on social media.
“My Blooda @davido Run the check. I don reach out to people over the years based on split sheet & outstanding, No response, we no gats dey get this convo here,” Krane wrote while sharing a screenshot of Davido’s tweet wherein the ‘OBO’ crooner acknowledged him for co-writing the hook of the song.
Krane also threatened to call out “rich guys” who owe him money on the “Supreme High Twitter Court”.
“All my rich guys wey dey owe me money, today na Monday o. Abi make we bring am come ‘The Supreme High Twitter Court’ #Eshe,” he wrote.
Reacting on his Twitter page, the “Pere” crooner shared a photo of himself biting into a bag of money in what seems like he is making a mockery of the claim.
KanyiDaily recalls Davido had recently threatened to deal with a man who said he would slap his third baby mama, Chioma Avril Rowland.
