The Gombe Police Command says it has arrested three men terrorising members of the public at the Herwa Gana quarters of the state.
Spokesman of the command, Mahid Muazu Abubakar disclosed this on his official twitter handle on Wednesday night.
He did not however, reveal the names of the three suspects or state whether they will be charged to court.
He shared a photo of the trio which showed them holding their machetes.
The command’s spokesman wrote, “They were arrested while terrorising members of the public at Herwa Gana quarters of Gombe State, black spots will continue to be raided.”
Abubakar said the command will continue to raid black spots in the state, reiterating that, “In Gombe State Police Command we don’t only condemned criminal activities we act swiftly to tackle all form of security threats.”
