The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has paid a visit to the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman following the attack on his convoy.
KanyiDaily had recently reported that Apostle Suleman was attacked by gunmen who killed seven people including policemen in his convoy on October 21.
Peter Obi had condemned the attack on Apostle Suleman, saying that the fight against insecurity will be his first priority when voted into office as president in 2023.
On Friday, November 11, the former Anambra governor stopped by to see the cleric following his arrival in Edo State for his campaign rally.
Taking to his Twitter page, Apostle Suleman shared a photo of himself and Obi, thanking him for the visit.
“Thank you @PeterObi for coming to the house..may God continually protect you in Jesus name,” he wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Apostle Johnson Suleman had accused the police of killing a prime suspect who was arrested for the attack on his convoy in Edo State.
