Nigerian Leaders Have Questions To Answer Before God – Lagos Deputy Governor, Hamzat

Lagos State Deputy Governor, Obafemi Hamzat said many Nigerian leaders have questions to answer before God on their performance.

Obafemi Hamzat Advise Youths

The deputy governor spoke at the closing of the 113th Islamic Vacation Course (IVC), organised by Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Lagos State Area Unit, in Epe.

Hamzat advised youths to participate in the elections, stressing that failure to vote would be detrimental to good governance.

Noting that Nigeria needs good leaders to develop, Hamzat said many Nigerian leaders have questions to answer before God.

He added, “The future belongs to the youths, whether we like it or not, our generation will leave soon, so it is their country, they must participate in the elections that is why they should ask the right questions because 2023 is about capability and ability to achieve their goals and who are the people that can do it for them based on proven records.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Nollywood actor, Wale Akorede, popularly known as Okunnu, had rain curses on Nigerian leaders who left the country in its bad condition characterized by widespread hardship.
