Man Steals Plantain In Bayelsa
The newly appointed Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman, Okala Precious Peter, who disclosed this on his Facebook page, said the man was flogged on Monday.
Sharing photos of the suspects being flogged after he was caught with the plantain, Peter wrote “What a way to kick-off my duties.”
