Actor Jamie Foxx Recovering After He Was Hospitalised For ‘Medical Complication’

American actor, Jamie Foxx is reportedly recovering after he was hospitalised in Atlanta following “a medical complication”.

It was gathered that Jamie Foxx was filming a new comedy with actress Cameron Diaz in Atlanta when he was taken ill and hospitalized on Tuesday.

The actor’s daughter, Corinne Foxx, who confirmed the development via her Instagram page late on Wednesday, said he is “on his way to recovery.”

“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.

“We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time,” the statement reads.

Jamie Foxx has been in Atlanta, Georgia, filming the action comedy “Back In Action”, there is currently no information available regarding when he will be able to leave the hospital or resume filming, despite his family’s claims that his condition is getting better.
