Alkali met with Arase, who is also a former IGP at the PSC conference room at the Federal Secretariat, Abuja on Monday.
The duo discussed measures to improve the mutual relationship between the NPF and the PSC, as well as identify new pathways for a stronger partnership.
While addressing journalists after the meeting, the police boss said that his visit will improve the relationship between the police and PSC as well as enhance the security situation of the country.
Baba said, “I am at the Police Service Commission to congratulate the assumption to office of the new chairman, IGP Solomon Arase (retd.).
“When there is proper leadership, guidance, sense of direction, discipline, promotion, appointment, people will be motivated to do the right thing”.
Kanyi Daily recalls that the meeting comes less than one week after President Muhammadu Buhari swore in Arase as the new PSC chairperson.
