Iheanacho wins Leicester City’s Player of the Season award

Leicester City’s best player for the 2022/23 season has been selected and Kelechi Iheanacho emerged winner.

Iheanacho scored eight goals in all competitions for Leicester City last season.

In victories over Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, and Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Nigeria international scored the game-winning goal.

It will be Iheanacho’s first time receiving the honor.

Leicester City were demoted from the Premier League after a poor season.

He assisted in the club’s 2-1 triumph over West Ham United last weekend.
