An Ekiti chef identified as Damilola Adeparusi has started a 120-hour cooking marathon to break the Guinness World Record for the longest time spent cooking.
The 120-hour Ekiti cookathon is happening in Oye Local Government Area in Ekiti State.
This is coming barely a month after chef Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual with a 100-hour record time.
Pictures from the Ekiti cookathon are trending online and netizens are not finding it funny.
A lot of people criticized the girl for not allowing Hilda Baci to shine and instead wants to steal the spotlight from her. Others questioned why her cooking arena looks like a church and her live cooking updates are being tweeted out from a church’s official Twitter handle.

this is wickedness she did not even allow Hilda to be verify first and you are already on a mission to break her record,what a wicked attempt,if you want to trend or break record she should look for something else not this cooking stuff,leave Hilda to enjoy the record she set in peace.
