The impeachment of Oluomo, Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, is associated with allegations ranging from financial fraud to a leadership tussle within the state assembly.
The many accusations against him are seen as a possible cause for his removal.
Hon. Oludaisi Elemide has been appointed as the new Speaker in place Oluomo.
Kanyi Daily recalls that the Supreme Court is set to announce its final decision on the Ogun State governorship election Friday
