KanyiDaily recalls that Dammy Krane had called Davido a “murderer” and a “cheat” following the singer’s wedding announcement with Chioma Rowland.
Davido’s lawyer, Chikaosolu Ojukwu, demanded that Dammy Krane retract his defamatory statements within 24 hours and stop making further defamatory comments.
The lawyer emphasized that Davido has never been charged or convicted of any crime, including murder, and that the accusations are baseless.
They warned that if Dammy Krane doesn’t comply, Davido will seek legal action for damages.
Despite the warning, Dammy Krane posted a video of a police officer discussing the death of Davido’s late friend, Tagbo Umeike.
The officer claimed that Tagbo was abandoned in his vehicle following Davido’s instructions, contradicting Davido’s previous statements.
Dammy Krane responded to the video by claiming to be a witness to the incident and continued his accusations on social media.
“BTW @PoliceNG I’M A WITNESS TO WHAT @davido DID TO TAGBO NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED. JUSTICE FOR TAGBO — INDUSTRY LANDLORD”
“I’VE GOT THE ANSWERS @davido 😂 AFTER GOD NA GOVERNMENT,” Dammy Krane wrote.
He further mocked Davido’s legal team, suggesting they are only interested in collecting money and that they are leading the singer into more trouble.
“LAWYER WEY JUS WAN COLLECT MONEY 😂😂 TO DEY SHOUT “I PUT IT YOU” E DON DEY PUSH @davido GO WHERE E NO KNOW.”
“SO NA DAVIDO LAWYER OJUKWU SAN INAUGURATION PARTY WEY DEM DEY ABUSE NAIRA LIKE THIS? @officialEFCC..NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW,” he wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Dammy Krane previously made serious allegations against Davido, accusing him of playing a role in the death of their mutual friend, Tagbo Umeike.
