Nollywood Actor Alex Ekubo Dead At 40

The Nigerian entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the news that popular Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has passed away after complications from an illness.

Ekubo, aged 40, remains one of Nollywood’s recognizable faces.

In recent years, Ekubo has maintained a relatively low on-screen presence compared to earlier phases of his career. This followed his highly publicized but short-lived engagement with US-based model Fancy Acholonu, after which he stepped back from the spotlight and reduced his film appearances.

As of now, neither his family nor official representatives have issued any statement confirming any illness or death.

Family, friends, and fans of the actor are deeply devastated by this heartbreaking loss.

Details surrounding his illness and passing are still emerging, and more information will be provided as the situation develops.

Alex Ekubo Cause of Death

Alex Ekubo’s cause of death has not yet been officially announced. However, he was reportedly sick and recuperating from liver cancer. He is alleged to have died in his sleep.

This is breaking news. More details will be updated as soon as we have them.
