Osimhen, who wants to leave his Italian club Napoli, has received interest from Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), and Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli.
While Osimhen has not yet made a decision, news of Al Ahli’s massive offer of €30 million (about N53 billion) per year over four years has stirred up conversations on Nigerian social media.
Reacting on his X page, Frank Edoho admitted he would love to see Osimhen play for his team, Chelsea.
However, the media personality believes the Nigerian striker should accept the lucrative offer from Al Ahli instead.
He pointed out that if Osimhen moves to Chelsea or PSG and struggles to score, he might not get such a high offer again.
“As a Chelsea fan, of course I would want to see @victorosimhen9 at Chelsea but as a Nigerian, I’d say,”Victor, are you nuts? Take the damed money and go to Saudi”. If he comes to Chelsea or PSG, and he doesn’t hit those numbers anymore, he’ll start getting offers from Bournemouth next season,” Frank Edoho wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Victor Osimhen recently surprised a young fan by gifting him the sum of N2.5 million for dressing like him in a viral video.
