Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has recounted how her Samsung phone was stolen on the set of the movie “Unholy Fantasy”.
In an Instagram post, Angela Okorie revealed that the Samsung phone, which had a picture of her and her son as the screensaver, disappeared while someone named Mc was holding it.
She expressed deep frustration, questioning how the thief could ignore the personal nature of the phone and accusing them of heartlessness.
The actress lamented the loss of her contacts and personal content but maintained that losing a phone is minor compared to losing a life.
Angela placed a curse on the thief, emphasizing that stealing won’t improve their life but will make them a worse person.
She prayed that the thief seeks forgiveness, warning that karma would eventually catch up with them.l if they don’t return her phone.
Despite the setback, Angela Okorie expressed faith in divine restoration, believing God will replace what she lost with even greater blessings.
The actress also expressed gratitude for being safe, humorously adding that she’s glad she wasn’t stolen too.
She wrote; “Just a little story of what happened back on set.
“While we were filming “Unholy Fantasy,” someone stole my Samsung phone, to be precise, with the picture of me and my son as the screensaver.
“It was Mc that was holding the phone all of a sudden we started looking for this phone, it is over a week now we are still looking for this phone, the person who took this phone didn’t hé/she see the picture of me and my son on the phone to return it?
“Like the innocent screensaver, I kept on asking why stealing someone else’s phone is wickedness, and I placed a curse on that person who stole the phone; there are people you can’t steal or do bad to.
“Doesn’t he/shé know that the owner of the phone can give you more than a million if you find it? Why steal it? Why take it?
“Stealing a person’s phone won’t change your life; it makes you a terrible person, it makes you a thief, you are a destroyer, I know you might have stolen the phone thinking you did me bad. Yes, you did me bad, but you did yourself worse cos you are gonna be stealing till you get caught.
“If you know me in real life, am the sweetest person you can ever meet, I don’t sugarcoat anything. If you are the one holding my phone, may Heaven Judge you? One thing you must know nothing breaks me.
“I lost all my contacts and contents on that phone but I didn’t lose a life, I was praying yesterday night and God said to me everything you’ve lost I will double it and I believe it so if you are the one holding my Samsung phone I pray you don’t die before the end of this year. Go and ask God for forgiveness.
“Thank God I am home. Make dem no thief me join biko. Cos I don’t know who steals phones in 2024. And una wey dey buy phone that will practically affect you make una continue o”.
