“Don’t Kill Another Human Being Because Of Marriage, Just Walk Away” – Yul Edochie

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has advised people in troubled marriages to walk away instead of resorting to violence.

Yul Edochie was reacting to reports of a man who set his wife on fire during a dispute in Anambra. The woman later succumbed to her injuries from the attack.

Referring to the domestic violence, the actor emphasized that no situation, including infidelity, justifies harming a spouse.

Taking to his Instagram page, he urged people to prioritize life over marriage, stating, “Marriage is not do or die.”

Yul Edochie: “If your marriage is not working, let go. Let go, walk away.
I saw the video of the lady that was burnt by her husband & it broke my
heart.

“Those having marital issues, listen up: Even if you catch your wife with another man, there’s no justification for harming her.

“If you catch your husband with another woman, there can be no justification for harming him.

“Don’t kill another human being because of marriage. Marriage is not do or die. Walk away.”
