A group of young men staged a protest against Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo Over her involvement in the late singer Mohbad’s case.

The video, which has spread widely online, shows six men on the street holding placards and chanting curses aimed at the actress.

One of the signs read, “E no go beta for Iyabo Ojo”, while the group accused her of interfering in the ongoing investigation surrounding Mohbad’s death.

The protesters also held up printed photos of Iyabo Ojo, Mohbad, and Wunmi, chanting as they marched.

Before the video surfaced, Emeka Ugwuonye, the lawyer representing May Edochie, had warned that some people were allegedly planning to go after Iyabo Ojo due to her active role in the case.

The video has sparked mixed reactions with some people believing the protest was staged and possibly sponsored by media personalities like Martins Vincent Otse (also known as VDM) or Sam Larry.

Others argued that Iyabo Ojo may have overstepped her bounds by getting too involved in a case that didn’t directly concern her.

Still, many fans have come to her defense, offering prayers and encouraging words. They’re also calling on the government to take action and protect her from threats or harassment.

As tension around the Mohbad case continues to rise, Iyabo Ojo’s involvement remains a hot topic, dividing public opinion across social media.
