Looking at this, I remember what I saw last week when a keke Marwa (imported from India) was uncovered. The engine is not as bogus as this.
I salute this ingenuity. For this country to excel, things like this should be encouraged and supported. However, I trust Nigeria Police, they would have been eyeing this kid for N20 by now
