In the video clip, Ayra Starr is seen wearing a longer skirt, stressing her decision to heed her mother’s counsel and transition away from shorter ones.
Sharing a video of herself dancing to her latest song, “Commas”, the singer wrote, “My mom said I should start wearing longer skirts, #ayerastarr.”
This comes a few days after she faced backlash for showing up to the 66th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles over the weekend in a short, skimpy attire.
