Nollywood actor Adeshina Okiki, popularly known as Janmole, has died after a fatal road accident.

His death was confirmed by Bolaji Amusan, also known as Mr Latin and president of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), in a post shared on Instagram.

According to him, Adeshina died from injuries sustained in the crash.

He described the loss as painful and prayed for the peaceful rest of the late actor, as well as strength for his family and loved ones.

May the soul of our departed colleague, Adesina Okiki Janmole, who tragically lost his life in an accident, rest in perfect peace,” he wrote.

“May God grant his family, friends, and colleagues the strength and comfort to bear this irreparable loss. He will be greatly missed. Amen.”

Following the announcement, fans and colleagues took to social media to share tributes and condolence messages.

Actor Jomiloju Olunbe also shared an emotional message, recalling their last time together on set and expressing shock over the sudden loss.

In his tribute, Olunbe wrote: “Haaaaaaa Okiki Adesina Oshin ® •

“‘Jomiloiu won’t I be in that vour video ? “| told him to ioin me now that the video is for him, he laughed and joined.

“I never knew it will be the last time on set with him. In this very video, he was saying ” Jomiloju, I no know say I fine pass you like this o”. What a life! R.I.P Okiki Adeshina Oshin.”

Some of his popular film appearances include titles such as Agunbaniro, Ìyàwó Asante, and Ọgbọ́n Inu.
